Wedding Favorites

So.... I've been so busy these last few months that I haven't gotten around to blogging my last several weddings. Rather than do several blog posts I decided to do one post with a selection of some of my favorite shots. WARNING: There are a lot of images in this post (it may take a bit to load).

Kenidy, Portraits: Rome, GA

Autumn and I recently did a portrait session at Berry College with Kenidy. I love going to Berry because there's so much variety in the scenery there and a lot of cool architecture too. We started at Frost Chapel and made our way to a little waterfall nearby. It was a great day to be outside and a great day for portraits. Here are a few of my favorites.

Beau & Hayden: Rome, GA

Last night I was out at Berry College to do a photo session with Beau & Hayden (cousins). These boys were really awesome to work with. I had a great time and with a big open field to run in, they did too! In between being attacked by gnats (they were there in swarms!) I got some great shots. Here are just a few.

Rich & Rebekah, Engagement: Smyrna, GA

Last night Autumn and I met up with Rich and Rebekah at the Silver Comet Trail in Smyrna to do their engagement session. We had never heard of the Silver Comet Trail but we'll definitely be going back. It's a beautiful hiking / biking trail that spans from Georgia to Alabama. We spent a little over an hour with Rich and Rebekah and had a great time. Rebekah lives just minutes from the entrance to the trail so she and Rich new the area well. Ashley, Senior Portraits: Rome. GA

I went out to Berry College this evening to do a senior session. Autumn couldn't make it tonight and Ashley and her mom were troopers helping me lug all my gear around. Ashley did awesome despite being attacked by bugs repeatedly. It was a great night to do pictures too, great temperature and a bit cloudy but not rainy. I had a great time.

MacKenzie, Senior Portraits: Rome, GA

Autumn and I spent a couple of hours with MacKenzie out at Berry College this afternoon for her senior session. The weather and conditions could not have been nicer. I was a few minutes late meeting them due to a slight fender bender (through no fault of my own, I actually wasn't even in my car when it happened). I'll have to get all of that straightened out tomorrow. Anyway, we had a great time with MacKenzie. Here are some of my favorite shots:

Gage & Aerie: Calhoun, GA

Today Autumn and I did a session with Gage and Aerie, some very good friends of ours (their mom and dad aren't half bad either). Gage is always SO excited to come see me yet he never speaks to me when in my company. I think we're in that place where we don't actually have to speak, we like to hang out but there's no need for chit chat. We had a great time with them today. Here are a few of the shots.

Senior Sessions: Rome, GA

Yesterday Autumn and I did 2 senior sessions out at Berry College. The sun was bright and directly overhead with 2 whole clouds in the sky (not exactly ideal shooting conditions). We managed to find some cool shaded spots though and got some great shots. Here are a few:

Chase Family: Rome, GA

Autumn and I did this family portrait a few weeks ago.  I think there are 4 generations in the photo. They were such a great family.  As many people as we had (especially little ones) it really went very smoothly.  We had a great time with them.

Tim & Tonya: Engaged

This weekend Autumn and I were back at Berry College in Rome, GA for an engagement session with Tim and Tonya.  They were a lot of fun, very easy going and laid back. It was kind of a dreary, wet day but we made the best of it.  We're looking forward to their wedding in January.
